Next All Ours Social March 13th - 3-5pm
Table tennis, games, chat, hot drinks, home made cakes & fruit
Lost Artists - a self help group for isolated artists who want to network with each other. Artists, musicians, poets and any other artists that practice other art forms - are all welcome. Artist materials and musical instruments provided.
Metropolitan floating support will be offering free drop in service at All Ours for housing related support issues. i.e. help with housing, rent arrears, welfare benefits, debt, advocacy and repairs.
Have a go at juggling, plate spinning and toothbrush twirling - with The Middle street jugglers
Cafe Sneinton will be running for lunch as usual from 12 onwards with a range of reasonably priced and tasty delights.

Future All Ours Socials
Future All Ours socials will be on the 2nd Saturday of the month - dates are February 13, March 13th and April 10th
January's Social
January's social was a busy one. There were 42 people! A record for our regular socials. Thanks to the Middle Street Jugglers and Metropolitan Housing support trust and to our new chef Rebecca, people were kept entertained, informed and very well fed!
Plans are now afoot for the Lost Artists to join forces with us and have their creative gatherings at the Hermitage community centre. This will bring new benefits and opportunities for us all. The Lost Artists will set up from 2pm-5pm and the All Ours social will still run from 3pm-5pm.
In January: Next All Ours Social
January 16th 3-5pm. The Middle street jugglers and Metropolitan Support Trust may both join us during this session.

In December: Local community joint cafe party
On Saturday 19th December there will be a cafe party for all the local community groups. All Ours is one of the groups helping organise this so we hope to keep it inclusive and friendly for all. There plans to be free food. entertainment and live music. Watch this space or email us to keep updated for times and more information.

In November : You are invited to the Sneinton Hermitage Community Centre
Beat the Recession Fun Day is a free Family Fun Day on Sunday 29th November between 12 noon and 4pm. Everyone welcome!
The event will include free money-saving activities for all of the family as well as free food and cooking-on-a-budget-recipes, book swaps, a free shop, pedal-powered playstation, bouncy castle, live music, dance workshops, make your own greetings cards workshops, build your own window box demonstrations, make your own presents ideas and workshops, free energy saving devices given away, childrens toy swaps, advice on saving and budgeting from the credit union, free bike repairs and lots more!
A number of groups will also have stalls promoting and offering money-saving activities that the whole family can enjoy!
The event is being organised by the Renewal Trust and a number of partner groups and organisations including: Sneinton Time Bank, Sneinton Festival, Caf頓neinton, Transition Sneinton and St. Anns and more.

Our next Social is taking place to celebrate the day after World mental health day
....as good mental health is for every day of the week!!
Join All Ours, Making Waves and Cafe Sneinton on Sunday 11th October at Sneinton Hermitage community centre from 12-4
We have a number of organisations joining us for this event all offering free advice and services
Physical health advice and blood pressure checks with the healthy heart and Changemaker team Metropolitan Housing Support Trust offering housing related debt advice St Anns Advice centre offering welfare benefits, employment and debt advice Middle Street Jugglers sharing their juggling skills to teach people how to juggle Introductory Yoga session from 2.30-3.15
As always we will have a fantastic vegetarian/vegan lunch for £2.
This event is being supported by Nottingham Mental health Awareness weeks, Cafe Sneinton, Making Waves and other organisations. See our Sunday Social flyer for more information about the organisations involved.
Once again All Ours is All yours once a month

All Ours will be resident at Sneinton Community Cafe for games and table tennis and a chance for a catch up and chat. See our 'Find Us' page for a map to the community cafe.
The first sessions will take place on August 8th and September 12th from 1pm-3pm
Lunch is provided by the sneinton community cafe project and costs £2 - £3
There is salsa dancing between 12-1 and table tennis from 1pm onwards

Step Forward!
Step Forward floating support will be holding a monthly drop in service at All Ours for housing related support issues. i.e. help with housing, rent arrears, welfare benefits, debt, advocacy and repairs.
They will be joining us on Thursday 22nd March and Thursday 26th April.

10/11/06- World Mental Health Day
October the 10th is World Mental Health day. In Nottingham we celebrate with 2 Mental Health awareness weeks with a variety of activities. For more information visit the NCVS web pages about Nottingham's Mental Health Awareness Weeks.
08/10/06 - Focusline telephone helpline consultation
Focusline is a telephone helpline service that is available to anyone who has any issue related to mental health. This includes the person themselves, carers, relatives, friends and professionals. It is run by Rethink and there is currently a consultation process happening as there is a proposed recommendation for funding to be cut from this service. If you wish to know more about the service or want to send any comments to be considered in the consultation process then click on either of the below links for more information on how to do this.

Transport
We are able to offer free transport to assist people getting to and from the Hillview Community Centre safely. We can currently arrange a taxi pick up from the City Centre, St. Anns and Sneinton.
If you would like us to arrange a taxi pick up for you, please contact us in good time, preferably by Wednesday lunchtime.
If you are getting to us by public transport, here is the Nottingham City bus timetable for the number 42 bus service.
